Controversy, arguments, debates & more. That’s mostly the blogospehere’s reaction to Twitter’s launch of ‘Suggested User’s new feature for new registrants. One of them has even gone on record in suggesting and offering dollars to buy a couple of years lock-in in the suggested user list. There could be a lucrative business model around this simple feature. Most of them on the suggested list have reached insane follower numbers upsetting those who had put in tons of effort to organically grow their follower base. To aviod misuse of this feature even if twitter monestises this feature, these suggestions could be based on newly registered user’s interests rather than blidnly throwing a list of suggestions.
